My favorite thing in the world to do is to snorkel and when I was a little girl I wanted so badly to be a Marine Biologist studying shells and reef life. Kind of doesn't pan out so well when you grow up in Nevada, but I did get to travel a lot as a kid and snorkel the world.  One of my favorite sea creatures is a cuttlefish -- so bizarre and mysterious.  So why not serve up some sushi on this little plate?  It is microwave and dishwasher safe and comes without that salty seafood smell.
